School Specifics

How To Be A Savvy Patient / Family Caregiver is offered in Person, via Webinar, and via Self-Directed Audio/Internet.
How the Self-Directed Sessions are Structured
  • The curriculum consists of eight audio 60 – 70 minute modules, recorded in 20-minute segments.
  • Register, pay and create your member login
  • Access each module with all support materials (E-book, Critical Question Series, slides to accompany each audio and more…) at your own pace and convenience.
  • Help Desk available via e-mail (I will do my very best to answer your questions within 24 hours) or by phone Monday through Friday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
  • All printable materials (require use of Adobe Acrobat) are downloaded to your computer so you can print them and set up your personal health record. Some materials require the use of Microsoft word or an equivalent program (such as OpenOffice)
  • Please note that the Audio is only accessible on this site using your login – it is not downloadable.
